The pistil PSS is an individual arm
for secret attack and defence. It is intended for noiseless
and flameless shooting with the cartridges SP4 at a range of
up to 50 m.
The pistol is a self-loading arm, the automatic action of which
is based on using the recoil energy of a blowback bolt. The
pistol has the firing and trigger mechanism which makes it possible
to fire with the full-cocking and also by self-cocking.
The presence of safeties makes the pistol safe in handling and
prevents a shot if the trigger is accidentally squeezed, when
the pistol is dropped.
Non-failure operation is guaranteed in any climatic conditions
in the temperature range –50°С...+50°C. |
